Our team members have found themselves at BGI through a whole range of routes. We’re of all ages and from all kinds of backgrounds here – some of us are even family members! 

By bringing our unique perspectives and experiences to our mahi, we’re able to effectively work together towards a just and nurturing Aotearoa where all young people can thrive. 

For us, it’s about encouraging each other to become the people we wish we had in our lives when we were younger.
